The bug seems to be that when I play a Titan, then play another weapon over it, the Crusader not only endows the current weapons skill, but gets momentum as well. If the Titan gets destroyed, stolen or animated first, naturally it doesn't happen. Reproduced in trainer.
Edit: I noticed that its not really the problem with Endow as a problem of weapon slot. If I play Titan, then another weapon over it, the weapon hits through shields

Yep, it's the weapon slot. This should be in the known bug list long time ago. On the other hand, I can't find any previous threads that mentioned its interaction with crusader, so I guess this thread is not exactly redundant. Thanks for the screenshots! :)
You can mark the thread with the [confirmed] tag and let's hope zanz fix this in the upcoming patch.

I can confirm this.
But I don't think it's the problem with endow, but rather because momentum is bugged. Because if you mutate a creature into a momentum ability, then mutate it again, the momentum stays on.
I have not tried this on the creature with natural momentum (chargers)

No, it's not the endow skill, this particular bug is about the weapon slot.
In your examples, those are intended - same goes for adrenaline (but slightly different). I like to grouped them as "status effect" which is in the same group as infected (poison counter on creatures). Creatures will retain these statuses even if it's "morphed" into another creature by any means (e.g. mutation, evolve, hatched, etc).
Of course there are more technical aspect about this and one can still argue whether it's valid or not, but this is just how it works. ;)
