You lose when you have 0 cards left in your deck, which is what happened as indicated by the 0 on top of your deck.

This is called a deck out, when you reach 0 cards the next turn you die. It's a common occurance in some decks.

To prevent this problem, since your using eternity rewind a skelie and keep that as your last card before you deck out.
