i was playing a lvl3, and i played a sundial from my hand. instead of stopping all creatures from attacking, the sundial turned into a steal that i could use over and over again. i am not complaining

, but i think i should report it.

This happened with someone else when they played an Hourglass and instead got a Reverse Time that they could use over and over again for free. o-o

But this could get really broken... Suppose you get a permanent Parallel Universe or a permanent Fire Bolt...

If it cost between 10-15 and you could only activate it x amount of turns, and there's an added cost to the spell that usual.

That's just plain wrong. They came out with a card that did this in MtG in the Mirrodin set, right before I quit. It got banned in multiple formats because it allowed you to play almost any crazy powerful instant for free. Just imagine the interaction between the two cards listed below.
