I just got up to the special spin in Silver, but I've not been playing the Arena much recently so it didn't click with me that there was going to be a special spin. So, on my third normal spin, when I saw that the first two reels weren't the same I just hit "OK". As soon as I did it I thought "what an idiot" and then went and did something else. I've just come back to the game and without thinking hit the Gold Arena button, even though I'm playing a Silver deck, because I usually farm Gold.
I've not played Gold in a couple of weeks, yet when I see the screen telling me who my opponent is going to be, all 3 rings are already lit - which should be impossible. I play the match and win and, from that one victory, I get a special spin.
I'm not complaining, or anything, but it was strange.
Edit 1: Just tried to recreate it and it didn't happen a second time.
Edit 2: Yes it did, but on the Silver, rather than Gold:

Before this, I did as last time - I won 4 consecutive matches, then hit "OK" while the 3rd reel of the 3rd normal spin was still spinning. The only difference is that I initially tried to see if this would work by playing Gold, and it didn't. But clicking back on Silver gave me this. I wonder if being away from the game for a while makes a difference.
Anyway, I'll post again to say if I win or lose and, if I win, whether I get a special spin.
