If you attempt to activate Mind Gate's ability when your opponent has no cards remaining, you get the "You are already drawing a card or you already have 8 cards" message (even if neither is true). This can be a little confusing if you didn't notice your opponent was out of cards right away.
This isn't particularily important, it's just something I noticed.
