Playing with my joke/fun deck and this guy hit right through my dissipation field (last 2 turns, when I have this shield up). Hope this don't sound like whine.

Sanctuary cancels out dissipation shield's effect. Since dissipation shield is reliant on using your quanta to block hits, and sanctuary prevents quanta being changed during your opponent's turn, dissipation shield is useless with a sanctuary on your side of the field.
