Can't build new arena deck (nymph problem?) [unconfirmed]

I have read you cannot build a new deck when you spin the same card as your current arena deck.  However, I did not see a thread about not having the option when you spin a nymph.  The card I spun today was a black nymph.

Yeah, that is really weird. Even if you click back to menu while spinning the oracle, a random card will be chosen for your arena (yes, I tried this just now). I would assume the same thing will happen if you lost connection while spinning the oracle. Normally, a blank oracle card means you didn't spin the oracle yet. Just to be sure, did you get the black nymph? (present in your inventory)

Ninja-edit: Looking at the time stamp, another possibility is that you got the black nymph just minutes before the oracle reset.

I can verify I got a new black nymph--I was excited and checked right away to make sure my total went up to 4.  For a non-rare card spin, I would not have been as vigilant  but this was A) a winner and B) a rare, so it is distinct in my mind.  Can't say for sure what happened other than the problem persisted for at least a couple of hours (including refreshes) before I posted the bug report because I was researching to see if it was already reported.  No biggee, I guess, but totally unexpected.
