Arena - deck can not build if you get the same oraclecard [unconfirmed]

I spined the same oraclecard which I've already in my actual arenadeck. Now I can't build a new deck. The 'Build a New Deck' - button is inverse.

Sorry, it's not a bug. It's an intended mechanic. A quote from chat a while ago:

But it's not a nice 'feature'. I growed up 2 lvl's, can't spend my skillpoints and couldn't build a new deck...
