That is called a mark card it functions the same as a pillar. They can only be won from tournaments.

Neither, it is a legal playable card available by winning tournaments and used to be available through spins.

Well, if you ask for specification as to whether or not someone is cheating, that typically means you have accused (either knowingly or subconsciously) the person of cheating.  But no matter, your actions are understandable considering you just started playing the game.  Also, my link I provided above is not the one I had intended to post; fixed below:

I don't agree with what you're saying, I only asked if it was a bug or cheat, I didn't ask if that dude has cheats or not. But thanks for responding, at least now i know a bit of stuff from this game and know what cards I want to have

Willing, I know you mean well, but you're only going to cause problems by making such comments. He wasn't making an accusation in any way.

Also, we really don't need three people saying almost exactly the same thing... Thenewguy's post didn't say everything about mark cards, so someone else simply posting a link to something going into more detail is all that's required.

I apologize, I finally realized exactly what was being asked and understand my misconception of the problem at hand.

Not a bug.  Mark cards are rewards for tournament play.  Added to the not-a-bug list.
