What I mean by the title is that some creature when you mutate a creature into them, still keep their usual ability as well whatever ability it gets from the mutation. For example, a Devourer will use its quantum devour ability at the end of the turn even if it has something like Infect, a Graboid will auto burrow, and I believe there are a couple others. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or maybe it is the way it is intended, but I thought it should be noted.

This actually reminds me of another thing that may or may not be a bug. All creatures that have the burrow ability say that when burrowed, damage is cut in half. Well the graboid comes into play auto-burrowed, but when burrowed like this, they still keep their full 2 damage. Again, this could be the way it is intended, but I thought it should be noted, in case it is not.

Your second bug is actually just a result of how Burrow works. Simply being burrowed doesn't halve the attack of the creature; rather, using the Burrow ability does.

For example, if you play a Devourer, play Eclipse, and then burrow it, it will be 1/3, but if you play the Devourer, burrow it, and then play Eclipse it will be 2/3.

Do this work is reverse? Like if I have a graboid and cat blessing on it while its burroweed will it get double the blessing when it unburrows?

Actually, it looks like I was wrong about Nightfall/Eclipse to begin with: they give +1 and +2 attack respectively that remains the same even when a creature burrows or unburrows. So you don't get an attack bonus by unburrowing after playing the card, or a penalty from burrowing after playing Eclipse (Devourers stay 2/3).

However, if you Bless a Shrieker so it has an odd attack value like 11, burrowing it drops the attack to 5, and unburrowing brings it back up to 10... this shows that the game doesn't actually store the original attack value, but instead just halves and doubles.

Sadly, no. You can't cast blessing on a burrowed creature, and Graboids can't unburrow, they can only evolve, which would get rid of the blessing anyways, IF you were able to cast it in the first place.
