In earlier game versions Armagio did that.
But don´t see it now, e.g. AI3´s Gravity Deck doesn´t use that.
It has probably to do with the icon change.

To me, gravity pull is a completely different issue than Armagio. This particular bug has to do with Armagio, not the card, Gravity Pull.
