Arena winnings disappearing

I logged in this morning, collected my winnings in the Arena from the weekend (~200) and played a little bit.

Rebooted my machine after lunch and logged in to see my winnings have disappeared.

That's normal. You collected the electrum, so it's gone. It's been added to your electrum amount in game.

I do not think I made the situation clear.

You are 100% correct, the winnings go into my running total.  It shows up and all is fine - arena winnings went to 0 and my account went up...

...until I logged back in.  My current amount reverted back to a what it was before I collected my arena winnings and the arena winnings went to 0.  The net effect is that I lost all the arena winnings for that day.

Did you allow the game to fully save before closing it?

I assumed that it did since I played some arena games in the meantime.  However - if it did not save then I would assume that the arena winnings would then be there again as if it had reverted to the last save point.

But did you win those matches? If you lost them, it's normal to lose some coins...

honestly cannot remember wins or losses - but either way not to the tune of 100's lost.

Of that i am sure there is a record somewhere.
