Title: Arena opponent had abnormally low max life [Not a Bug]

I was playing against HooverDamned3's Bronze level Arena deck and I saw my Ice Dragon whack almost a quarter of his life away in one hit (this was when his life had been full, and was the first hit of the game). It then came to my attention that his health max was, inexplicably, 46.

In arena deck loose life with time.
Actually they loose 2^days HP per day.

Not a bug.
