All my fire cards and pillar disapeared over night! Bug ? hack ? don't know

Can someone please help me all my fire cards vanished from my acocunt and I had only a few gold so I did not sell them maybe its a bug or my account got hacked. Can I please get back my fire cards ?

There was another player who had a similar problem, and one of the administrators mailed Zanzarino regarding it, but only after he posted relevant pictures and stats showing that it was not a mistake or a problem on his side.

Hi Lordoomer. Sorry to hear this! It also happened to me recently. xsindomanx directed you to my post, All Cards Mysteriously Lost . The problem is still not resolved.

I suggest you post as many details as you can think of, and screen shots (imgur.com is useful for that). Since we now know we're not alone in this, somebody may be able to find the cause.

For one thing, Google Chrome has been giving users trouble lately. I use it, and I used it when I lost all my cards. How about you?

Well, a lot of problems lately, especially in chrome from what I see.

For everyone, to prevent these kind of problems, either play on kong from chrome, either on the main site, but in a different browser, maybe it's because of the chrome updates?

I was wrong btw, I think I was using Firefox at first! Maybe I made a mistake
