In a few of my matches against someone in the Top 50 (I can't remember the name, but I think it was #5), this situation occurred:

An upgraded Arsenic was targeted with Flying Weapon, and turned into a 4/7 creature.  I played Anitmatter on it, turning it into a -4/7 creature that bypasses walls.

However, the subsequent 4 points of healing came with a poison counter.  Is that intentional?  I hope not - at the very least, a -4/7 Arsenic should give you no poison counters (although it would be really cool if a poison counter was removed, in the spirit of healing).

yes, it's normal that you are still poisoned.
