I think what he's saying is that the creature is "cloned" and each "clone" attacks; so it's not really a single creature attacking multiple times, it's multiple creatures attacking one time. If poisioned then each creature would get a poison counter and the poison counters stack; so in one attack you will more than likely kill your creature if it has been adrenalined and poisoned. However, that is not the discription of adrenaline: "The target creature attacks multiple times per turn. Smaller creatures gain more extra attacks." I would have to say that it is a bug; as a turn last from when you draw a card until you have to discard a card (if you need to). The poison counters state that they ONLY do 1 damage per counter to a creature per turn. So, if a creature has 1 poison counter on it and it has adrenaline on it, then it should be able to attack multiple times and only take 1 point of damage from the poison counter instead of being killed.
