0 Attack creatures still attack 4 times with adrenaline. I know this because of poisoned Adrenalined Voodoo Dolls.
I think Devourer was unaffected because the coding for it to only work every other attack overrides whatever coding the bug uses.
I still think it might be because it has 0 attack. How about trying with AM'd flies? I'd try testing myself, but flash has been crashing a lot for me lately >.<
