hey, how's it going.
well i've played elements for 2 weeks now and i've really gotten into it. i've played on my home PC for abit and had all my stuff working n stuff. now for some reason when i log onto another PC, the cards i found/points/coins i had have been rolled back to <500 points, which on my PC have had 900+ points. now i thought this problem would go away, (thinking that the points didn't register, so i waited a couple of days). I logged onto elements on my home PC and found that my points have been permanently rolled back, which resulted in losing 1k+ coins, 3 rare cards and 500+ points.
thanks for reading, hope to get this problem resolved. :>

This has happened to me before. It happens when you play the game in one window, go to another computer and play there, and then come back to the first one. If you don't immediately close out of the first window, if you do anything that causes it to say "saving confirmed" or whatever in green then you'll overwrite whatever progress you had made in the other window. I recommend closing the window/tab right after you stop a game session if you are going to play on another computer in between.
I've lost more progress than I care to admit failing this way...

Pretty much this.
Always make sure to close out the window when you stop a gaming session if you don't want to lose progress.
If you can't manage to do this every time and you routinely play on two computers, you might want to consider an alt account (and only using one account on each computer). This is a sub-optimal solution due to splitting effort, but it's better (IMO) than flat-out losing effort.
