Sooo im sittin here grinding T50's and Vs'ing decks that are fully up'ed  Yet every time i win a card its non up'd.... wtf??

Upped cards are only won through level 5 and 6. All cards won from level 6 are upgraded, while you have a 15% chance that a card won from level 5 will be upgraded.
