Only 1 bonewall when first played [unconfirmed]

I failed to get a screen shot sorry.

I was playing top50 vs gab### or whatever his name is (most likely a hacker considering a sudden appearance in the game with a 500K+ score)

I played wings and Gab stole my wings. He immediately played a bonewall after stealing but when he did so only 1 bonewall appeared, not 7. I confirmed it was only 1 when on my turn only the first creature was blocked. I had 3 creatures out and was using a healbow deck. I might have had a graboid, frog and crawler, dont really remember though.

Was unable to recreate on a simple first try but if anyone wants to try be my guest.

Short: Steal wings, play bonewall, only get 1, not 7.

Didn't there used to be a stand-alone card called "bone" or something that was essentially a one strength bonewall?  That might be what he had.
