sanctuary and dis field [unconfirmed]

Now i know how sanctuary nullifies a dis field  if there both on the same side,  but if you are using a sanctuary is it supposed to negate theres? Because thats what it seemed to do on a very unfortunate half blood.

disapation field modifies your quanta in order to work, sactuary prevents modification of your quanta.  its an intended interaction.
