Mitosis/SoR/Sky Blitz creatures fail to attack [not a bug]

I've been running the Instosis deck for a few days now and run into a persistent issue where my grand final attack fails to hit.  After I end my turn I do not get a notification of a miss, or a block, just....nothing...happens.  I'd say the rate of occurrence is about 25%.  This continues to happen despite clearing cache, removing cookies, disabling ad-blockers, etc. 

It's happened enough that I was able to take some screenshots of two cases.

Running Firefox 9.0.1 on OSX 10.7.3

You're playing sundials on the turn you send out your combo, which causes your creatures to not attack. (Note the 1 in the sundial image)

Your creatures do not attack when you have sundials up and in effect. You have to either not play the sundial the turn you lay down the combo or just wait 1 more turn.

In each of your screen shots you can still see the timer on the sundials meaning that they were played that turn. Not a bug
