Problem with SoI and SoR, no "Deja Vu" skill

I tried using SoI with 3-4 SoR in hand, but the appearing shard golem doesn't have the "Deja Vu" skill.
I tried combinatios of SoI + 3 SoR
+4 SoR
+3 SoR + 3 SoV
+4 SoR + 3 SoV
Still no "Deja Vu" skill.

Not a bug.
It takes 3 Shards of Readiness and no other shards in hand upon casting Shard of Integrity (apart from the one needed to do the casting of course) to create one with Deja Vu. Splashing in SoV makes them take priority over SoR, leading to Vampirism.
