Issue:
Creatures under the effect of Basilisk Blood do not attack, but still trigger Shard of Freedom and causes the 'swoosh-bang' effect to appear (albeit with no damage done) =9

Field Condition during Encounter:
Opponent: Mark of Fire, Air Pillar x1, (delayed) Dragonfly x1
Me: Mark of Death, Chrysaora x2, (flying) Vampire Stiletto x1, Discord x1
