It seems that since the latest update Gods use Twin Universe on my Rays of Light, even though there are tons of better options and they have absolutely no use for the Light quanta. Happened with Elidnis and Gemini at least.

This behaviour was already weird with Fractal, but there at least is the benefit of no playing cost. For TU it doesn't make any goddamn sense.

Not exactly a bug; it's more like weird AI.

I presume that the AI assigns a value for each creature when it chooses targets for TU. It seems that having an ability gives more priority than attack power alone.

I'm guessing that you're using a RoL/Hope against them. Did Gemini get stuff with Momentum out? Did Elidnis get Puffer Fish and Forest Spectres out? Or did you manage to Lobo them all before they started TU spamming?

I think I know why: people have told RoLs will be rewound when Hope is up, in other words, Light-emmitting creatures get a higher priority to be targetted by the ai when you have Hope (so they can break your shield). Unfortunatly, this also includes spells like Twin Universe and (probably) Antimatter, even though it won't change the shield.

No more suprise OTK from Gemini :D She ejust got easier than she already was.

Not a bug, but it does need a fix.

Well, a bug in the AI ;) There's no specific forum for AI errors, so I put it here.

As for weight on ability: That can't be the case, since they had Phase Recluse and Forest Spectre, Ulitharid out at least, respectively.

For rewinding it sure makes sense to send the RoLs back, but that ability is completely different from TU in any aspect, so ...

To the AI, a spell is a spell. They can't seem to tell the difference very well. Until that's sorted, they'll never fully play their decks right.
