there was no silence in that match you linked to but i agree that silence is already strong enough

while there wasnt complete denial following this opening turn it is not uncommon for this deck to let the opponent have one turn and then be silenced untill they die.
while silence can be use as a stallbreak i believe it is best use as a support in a rush deck, why have a grabbow with fog explosions and bolts when you could just stop all those cards coming into play. Silence is GREAT with drawpower
