Add some resist to certain attack.

         (Example:add drain life resist.)

Too confusing/complicated, and welcome to the forums.

I think the dragon is fine because cost is not an issue when you have excess quantum in a stone skin deck.
It also has huge advantages over shriekers in SS decks. Many decks have the CC to handle 6 shriekers, but few can kill 6 stone dragons.
Somehow still around, somewhat

Look at this dragon.

Now look at :gravity dragon.

Look at this dragon again.

Need a buff? I think not.

Girls.  Look at your dragon, now back to theirs. Now back to him.  Now back to theirs. Sadly, he is not theirs, but he could smell like theirs if he used stone bath and body burrow. Where are you? You're on forums, with the dragon your dragon could smell like. Look at his wings. Back up. Their wings. 10 attack and 12 defense. Look again. THE ATTACK IS OVER 9000!!  Anything is possible when you're an earth elemental.  He's on a pile of gravel.

On topic: I'm not sure why stone dragon would need a buff. It doesn't have as much attack as the others but it withstands more, which isn't really a bad thing.

I really don't think this card needs any sort of buff. It doesn't get to shine often, but mostly because shrieker is OMGWTFBBQQ, not because this card is bad.

10 attack gives it a fine enough threshold of attack.  It needs a buff, but just a tiny one.  What it really needs is a slight bit more hp, maybe 15 upped, 11-12 unupped.  Won't change much, but it will make it more balanced on paper.

Lol. I am not sure what is wrong with the name. Basalt is very hard and it can be used in industry and highway engineering. It's also very durable as a fibre. If I remember it correctly at some point at least it was used in tanks. Like the hematite-steel upgrade, stone-basalt is an excellent duo.

There is barely a difference between the gravity dragon and this. Yes, basalt has 2 more attack, but one extra  :earth  cost and that much LESS HP. In other words, we can say this one has 1 more attack while the  :gravity has the 18 more HP.

I find it strange people can argue in this way. They ought to be happy if we gave the basalt dragon to gravity, but that means 1 extra cost for 2 more attack, and minus 18 HP. In other words, I would not call it a buff. I would say it is a burf. But it is fair enough, we can give the gravity dragon 9/12 or 9/15 if you like, for 11  :gravity. I'm sure everybody will use it then.

Using the reasoning of the other thread, basalt dragon certainly needs a buff. No rush needs this dragon. You can have the graboid, golem, antlion, and shrieker. Even shrieker is cheaper than this. If you worry about shielding, pulverizer is much better. In other words, it is redundant. And we all know from the other thread redundant creatures need a buff. This game doesn't have thousands of cards, so every card should have a use, blah blah blah.

10 attack gives it a fine enough threshold of attack.  It needs a buff, but just a tiny one.  What it really needs is a slight bit more hp, maybe 15 upped, 11-12 unupped.  Won't change much, but it will make it more balanced on paper.
Giving HP to a high HP creature has been shot down. If that counts,  :gravity certainly needs no buff. Also it would upset the game trademark as gravity has the bigger creatures.  I am personally not against it by the way. But I dont know if I can see myself using it over 3 more HP.

I'm pretty sure we were just earth bashing.

Anyway, I believe it's been said before it's not in need of a buff itself, it's just that the graboid-shrieker thing overshadows everything earth cause they're ridiculous crazy.

If it needs ANY buff maybe up the toughness a bit. At all. It would make catapult a pinch better for a  :earth  :gravity duo.
