[Official] Pendulums

I just thought of this, which is something I would like. But maybe I haven't thought it through? (maybe it's an old idea - haven't found anything on it in here though)

As you know, the Pendulum now conforms with the existing Pendulums of the same element. They all grant the same quanta each round - in one big stack.

The suggestion is:
The Pendulum always grants you a quantum of its element when you play it. That is, if your mark is  and you play a  Pendulum - you will receive one when that turn is over. Thereby you could have two stacks of  Pendulums - one stack for Pendulums played in odd number rounds and one stack for even number rounds.

The suggestion is mainly for upgraded Pendulums, but it could apply to unupped Pendulum as well.

I actually agree with this. one of the biggest reasons i hate pendulums is the fact you have to wait every other turn to get the quanta you want. With this, the quantum generation becomes more even.

honestly, id say even non upgraded pendulums should go in different stacks if played on alternating turns.

While it would be nice, and indeed I have thought of this before, I don't think the pendulums need the buff.

Part of the risk for using them is the instability of quantum output. The way they swing back and forth gives you a bit to think about when using them.

It's frustrating when you're 1 quanta away from something and you're on the wrong pendulum sure, but that's one of the things you need to keep in mind with using them over pillars.

Yeah I think even I have heard this idea on occasion before. As Eva said, though, the instability is a factor in pendulums. It's kind the biggest thing separates them from pillars. It's a good idea, but then it takes away that aspect of the game which I've always quite enjoyed balancing decks quanta with pendulums.
