OK we all know the card Nova right? It is free and it generates 12 quantums, one for each element. Pretty good for a good start if you have cards like Skeleton or Poison or Virus because they all cost one and when Nova is used, you can immediately use them.
But, the upgraded version, Supernova, costs two Entropy to generate 24 quantums, 2 for each element. Since it costs 2, you don't gain any Entropy quanta.
I know this is a good card, and if you have 1+ Supernovas in you're hand you can use them and gain up to 176 quanta (not counting Entropy), 8 for each element.
I think Supernova should cost only 1 Entropy and that way you can get a profit of Entropy quanta too.

Um....  Supernova is borderline OP as is.  Possibly crossing the line depending who you talk to.  Buff it any and it WILL cross that line.  'I want it to be better'/'it doesn't have (feature)' are not good reasons to buff a card.  Also, the entropy icon spamming in your first post is just annoying, and will not endear you to anyone.

Just an example, if you do the math, when you play Supernova you get 24 quanta. If you play an Quanta Tower, you get 3 random quanta on the turn you play it then 3 random every turn thereafter. Thus you have to wait 7 turns to get the amount of quanta you get from one turn of Supernove. Also the supernova guarantees 2 in each element whereas there are times you don't get the quanta in the amount, however small, you want with Towers. A lot of people feel Rainbow decks are running rampant in the game and the crux of those decks tends to be Supernova. Long story short, supernova is fine as it is.

It is designed to have a cost of 2 Entropy Quanta.

176 quanta how?

24*6=144

You can't put more than 6 of one card in a deck.

What 'choo smokin boy?

W-W-What?

There are more decks based around this card than any other card in the game.  The only card that comes close to it for mass use is cremation, which is a similar card that is often used in conjunction with nova.  Simply put, this card is a staple of any elements player's arsenal.

A card can't be that popular if it's not powerful. If it's powerful, it does not need a buff. Seems pretty straightforward to me. Would you suggest changing the hourglass play cost to 3 or 2  :time?

If anything, I think nova's cost should be changed to 3 :entropy

i play this game since one year,
my very first idea to buff was:
supernova needs to give 4 entropy
PLEASE BUFF THIS
