I agree. Inability to stack is suboptimal design.

But then mono Dark won't need anything more than Pest and Minor Vampire to deal tons of damage (and heal), thus Nightfall/Eclipse must increase in cost, maybe to 6/7 :darkness

A pestal deck should have no problem paying either 18 (Nightfall) or 24 (Eclipse)  :darkness quanta, even assuming some majickal situation wherein the user of said pestal had all 6 copies of said card in their hand at the same time.

I'm a big fan of Darkness, but I don't think it needs this buff. If Nightfall|Eclipse WERE to stack though, it would certainly warrant a cost increase. Doing that could even be detrimental to some decks.

Same suggestion has been made many times, and shot down just about as many. No need to break the card. Though, it could probably do with a slight cost decrease as is.

Perhaps allowing them to only stack once, the first two would stack but beyond that it would stay the same.

You don't even need Pestal, just Pest and Minor Vampire are terrible enough, maybe a few steal or SoF in case they got light.

1) How much did it invest in that engine?
2) How do you know the cost of a stackable eclipse? Even I don't know that.

1) Pestal is Fractal Pests, which is a denial setup, with Eclipse and Vampires for dealing damage. Basically the Pests would provide enough quanta.
2) I don't see in the OP that a stackable eclipse should cost way more, do you?

http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11588.0.html

The idea which was way less OP than it's showed here was shot down.
