Yes it should be the same for skeleton, that's pretty a paradox if you reverse the time and keep your current stats no ?
For example you are sick since 2 days, one week before you had a very good health, you travel back in the time and come back one week before. You won't be sick will you ?
I think that is the same thing here : a creature who reverse time should be as it just come in to play.

Elite Mummy (and Mummy) need a buff, but not the one you said.

When hit with RT, they should lose poison, frozen, and another other status condition. They are going back in time to before they were mummies. Their attack and defense change to a fixed number to show this. Wouldn't it make sense that they wouldn't have been poisoned, frozen, etc. in the past when they go back?
I don't think that mummy really needs a buff but this is a very minor buff and I think that it is totally logic to implement this in the game.
does this mean skeletons should also have this minor buff?

it's basically the same thing, right?
Right; skeletons should get this same minor buff. Mummies and skeletons both are going back to a time when they were still alive. That old former self of theirs never was poisoned, so why should they be when they go back?
