how about making it deal damage to players with death/darkness mark instead of healing? thats the impression i got on first reading it and would make for a decent enough buff.
This would make it much more situational and unfairly nerf 2 War teams.

War as an event shouldnt be taken into account as a balancing factor imo, but that suggestion only makes it as situational as before, if not more and with no real purpose out of that scenario, like previously said

It was not a comment about balance. It was a criticism of Element/Color Hate. Players should not be punished for choosing a particular element. War was merely a high profile example.

So... double the strength?  That's a little too much.  Anyway, most :death / :darkness creatures have less than 11 HP already.
This thing seemed dead inside. It seemed like an automaton, trying to act like as if it was alive. The effect was unsettling.
Orianna made a sound that supposed to a girl's squeal of glee and hugged The Ball. While it might have been touching, it was unfortunately only horrifying.

Do you honestly think there is a large amount of cards in elements?

I'm not sure, but i think a single edition (probably not all though) in MtG has more cards than all cards in elements LOL
may not make sense to you if you dont play Magic: the Gathering, but i'm simply saying that we dont have a lot cards, we're not even close to that imo :P

I don't think that this card needs more heal. Light has got too much heal, so this card is unuseful for players.
I think that this card should be like anti-CC. HolyFlash should neutral negative effect against our card. For example - Opponent congeal Your Dragon? HolyFlash cancel this effect and protect this creature by 1 turn. Someone posion Your Archangel? Use HolyFlash to cancel poison effect, restore HP and protect by 1 turn. Lobotomized creature? HolyFlash restore ability.

Easy, compatibility with Light and useful.

 Holy Light must remain a healing spell (light needs it for EM). I am against any idea of increasing its healing powers to 15 or 20, because the Heal/Improved Heal of Life element costs 3 :life/2 :life and heals 20 hp, so it would be totally unfair for  :life.
 If you wish to be changed as a negative status remover, that's nice, however its power should be limited. I personally suggest to be able to remove only Delay & Frozen effects, since it would be a little OP to restore lobotomised abilities or to remove poison; poison removal can be achieved through Purify of the  :water element for just a 2 :water/1 :water cost and lobotomise should only be countered by reverse time or by putting a new ability over the old one (Mitosis, Butterfy Effect).
