Perhaps make it Generic quanta cost? Holy Flash gives +10 for free and can be used on anything. I think keep cost the same, buff healing by 5 or 10.

That would make this card very powerful.  Imagine a golem rush with heals or mono aether with heals.  Any element could EM if that chance were made.  Healing is life's niche and It'd be best to keep it that way

No, the card has already been buffed before. I have lost many battles thanks to this thing  >:(.
SoD is a Shard! Not everyone has those. If Heal gets one more buff I'll rip into a frenzy >:D, then I'm switching to an aether-life duo.

What do you think about targeting creatures with it, holy light style?  It would be interesting with armagio, voodoo doll/gravity pull, etc.

I find it to be quite an interesting possibility, but I'm a bit ambivalent about whether or not I think it should be changed that way, mostly because it would dilute the uniqueness of holy light (and, to a lesser extent, angels), and holy light is already a rarely used card.
