Graphity Shield: A perfect defense against spam decks, but only for creatures with more than 5 HP?
My opinion is that the upped version should block less HP, even when the costs are the same as those of the non- upped version.

What is your opinion?

The shield is enough to stop everything that an oty can't kill in one bite I think it's pretty much balanced only thing i can think to buff this shield is a 1 :gravity less if people keep complaining.

^this. The synergy with Elite Otyugh makes it far less situational. Now, if this shield was in, say, Life, it would be quite situational and won't be used as much. But since it's in Otyugh's element, it really works well.

This does work well with Fg decks like Elidnis, Miracle and all the other Fgs who use monsters with high HP.

This card alone stops Osiris's damage. No need for buff.

I think you need to include Lobotomizers. He has momentums now.

Also, this card has amazing synergys with gravity and earth.

A PAd gravity shield. A heavy armoured Oty. No more (unprotected) creatures.
A PAd Pulveriser. No more (unprotected) permanents.
And if they CC your lightning, Basilisk Blood will completely block them from attacking you.

Gravity Shield is 2 parts of that (almost) whole board strategy. In the right situation, your opponent is helpless.

I hate this shield. If somebody plays it, most of your units can't attack. In my case... I'd be left with a handful of shriekers. Change it to 4 HP...and.. presto! No units can attack.

This thing is a nightmare if played well... I doubt it should be any stronger.
Shards aren't overpowered, as long as you have them yourself.

Fine as is.  Actually, fantastic as is.  This used to be an essential card in my FG rainbow back before CCYB.

Mostly agree, wish there was a gravity spell that would add +0/+1 or maybe +0/+X to the toughness of the opponents creatures. Either a permanent or a single turn... this would reduce it's limitations. I find myself throwing down multiple buffs against my opponents.

This isn't quite true. Anything with five HP can get through this, and can't get eaten by Otyugh. Of course, if he's eaten anything else or been momentumed, then it's true, but there is a small window of opportunity.

Plate/Heavy Armor OR Basilisk's Blood. It's in Earth, but Earth and Gravity already have some nice synergy with Pulverizer.

Gravity shield can block many creatures alone and entirely shut certain decks down and its synergy with basilisk blood, otyugh and heavy armour is great. Actually I think its slightly OPed beacause of gravitys synerggy with earth  :P
