Not really. People need to understand how a card works before they know how they want it buffed/nerfed.

Don't beat yourself up too bad about it. There's a 'report a bug' thread somewhere asking why all aether is drained after using fractal. :P

Thanks for correction my English is kinda bad.

Back on topic Fire Shield may seem underused because of as lava golem said, Thorn Carpace is more offensive and capable of killing big creatures faster,
and the nature of fire being a super-aggro element using the insane damage output to kill the opponent without give them time to setup.

This means you don't even need to care about enemy creatures and so not even using a shield.

Try a fire stall deck and you'll be surprised how devastating this shield could be.
