so most other weapons get a decrease in the cost of its ability, get a attack increase, or a cost decrease. mainly 2 of the stated. yet the upgraded eternity only gets a 1 quantum cost decrease. is this really worth 1500 electrum? cmon, it needs reverse time skill decreased to 2 quantum. or a attack increase to 6. :time

Eternity is already one of the most widely-used weapons, and right now the only way you can draw a game out infinitely. It may not upgrade as well as some others, but it's still a power card. Fahrenheit and Hope don't have epic upgrades either, but they're both among the most-used cards for their power.

One of these cards is enough to shut down the draw of an opponent.
Two can clear a field of creatures.
Three can do the same as two, but keep you from decking out as well.

No buff needed.
You're just as selfish as I am. You're just not as good at it yet.

Might be more reasonable to nerf the unupped version

lol
Eternity by far on my opinion the strongest card in game
it can hold the FG or opponent down (yes even 1 can stop a False god if FG got 1 monster and a full hand - i don't know maybe from Nightmare :P)

it ok to be powerful after all rear weapon and for a name "Eternity"  its fitting but no buf is needed.

im not calling for eternity to be totally redone, or anything drastic. im just saying that the upped version isnt worth spending the electrum. maybe nerf the unupped, or make it better in some way that makes it worth being upped. and eternity, while useful, is not the strongest card in the game. :time

You could argue that no weapon is worth upgrading. +1 damage isn't a big incentive.
It doesn't need to have a stronger upgrade when, even unupped, it is EXTREMELY useful.

A 1 quantum cost decrease or increase is more than you think. The fractal nerf was only a 1 quantum cost increase, but that was sufficient. A card normaly has a 1 electrum cost decrease as it upgrade. Eternity doesn't need a buff.

Upgrades tend to be worth the equivalent of 1-2 quanta cost reduction/attack increase with more upgrades being the equivalent of 1 than 2.
