Why would a pump spell make this more viable? If you are including this in your deck, that is a pillar that you are NOT including, meaning that the pump spell has two less quanta available for it (one for the cost, one for not getting a quanta on playing it). This does not provide any more quanta to a deck, and so has no relationship with pumpspells. As jmizzle said, it's basically a pillar (not tower) that attacks. That has its drawbacks, namely vulnerability to creature control. But again as jmizzle said, it would have its place were it not for SoG.

You can fractal this. You can't fractal pillars.

Damselfly doesn't speed up decks, but it can be used to get huge amounts of quanta late in the game.

As I said, it's stats and ability are identical to ash eater only in , and ash eater is used fairly frequently and considered balanced. Therefore, the problem is not with this card, but in that has nothing to provide synergy with this card.

Cards like this one, ash eater, gnome gemfinder and RoL are also useful in many rainbows, if you need more of a specific type of quanta early on. You get an attacking pillar early in the game then late in the game (when you probably have quanta to burn) you can mutate it.

Also, if you use adrenaline on this, it generates FOUR QUANTA every turn.
And Life/Wind already has synergy.

I think Damselfly's health needs to be way upped to make it worth using
