sorry I haven't been posting.  just got back from band camp.
One idea may be to leave catapult alone, and add more cards that can creat synergy with catapult. Ive seen some ideas that could work: creatures that are already poisoned or frozen that could use their effects and then deal heavy damage.

People seriously want the damage dealt to be the health of the creature?
That will allow a gravity/air duo to have a 3-turn win that can not be stopped by shields or CC.

Imagine the following hand:
5 Gravity Towers, 2 Titans, 1 Trebuchet.
Turn 1: Play the 5 Gravity Towers. You have 5 :gravity. Play the Catapult. You have 2 :gravity.
Turn 2: You have 8 :gravity and draw an Animate Weapon. Play a Titan, Animate it, and launch it. You deal 50 damage. You have 1 :gravity.
Turn 3: You have 7 :gravity and draw an Animate Weapon. Play a second Titan, Animate it, and launch it. You deal 50 damage and win.

3-turn wins should be extremely difficult and stopped by Shields/CC. They should also be limited to fast elements such as Fire.
If you don't want upgraded play to be even more completely ruined, please don't buff Catapult and Trebuchet.

I think you're off by 1 :gravity, making it a 4 turn kill because you can't animate the 2nd titan.  Unless I guessed wrong and a titan costs 5 :gravity and not 6  even if im wrong, it would still be 4 turns because the counting mistake was made 2 times.

I never used this card or seen it be used by anyone maybe for that reason alone it should be buffed lol. I'm not sure how it should be buffed though.

I've got some ideas about strengthening gravity-air synergy:

1) When Sky Blitz is played catapult deals 30% more damage this turn.
2) If there is catapults in game flying creatures get +2/+0 for one turn when come to play.
3) All creatures without abilities get  :gravity :air : flying for one turn.
4) If opponent have flying creatures there is small chance that one of them will be destroyed when catapult is used.
5) When armagio is catapulted you get two armagios with halfed hp.

I didn't use search. Sorry if my ideas have already been suggested.

Maybe you should be able to use it as many times as you want per turn. Or maybe you could have the option of targeting creatures and permanents as well.

Do people even read the thread? People seem to want Catapult buffed because they have an idea that could improve it. The standard to procedure is to post buff ideas for cards that actually need buffs.

Not only Catapult doesn't need a buff, but it's actually an above-average card. Flying Titans is probably the best stallbreaker in the game and you'll see it used if you actually play competitively. Catapult is a key card in Flying Titans, and anyone without at least 2 is making a mistake. Catapult easily saves a few turns of damaging and lets you get a KO much sooner in an already strong deck.

Really, don't post ideas to buff a balanced card without even giving a reason why you think it should be buffed. Now let this thread die again.

What I want to see is a berf, to let it do decent damage even when throwing small creatures. Anything that buffs its damage with titan now is ridiculous.
