If BE was able to be cast on any creature with <3 attack or <3 health, then it'd have strange combos with CC besides Antimatter and include the following alongside it's current available targets: Phase Salvager, Phase Spider/Recluse, Scarab, Pegasus (unupped only), Seraph, Purple Nymph, Spark, Ruby Dragon, Phoenix, Lava Golem, Bloodsucker, Firefly, Fallen Elf (unupped only), Maxwell's Demon (unupped only)
Don't know if the in element nymph, demon, and elf would be too strong a synergy. It'd likely still be too expensive, but this'd reduce nicheness
