I personally think 3|4 would be better, so it has the 4hp needed to survive a lot of CC

You want it to be buffed because life has a better creature than this? Life has no CC, so to make if balanced, it gets creatures out faster. Water has 2 ways to use CC. All elements but life and light have CC

The Blue Crawler needs a buff of some kind. Just because Life doesn't have enough cc, their creature shouldn't automatically cost less quanta. That is not being very considerate.

It's really the exact same card as this unupped. So if the bluecrawler got a pretty situational off element ability it would make it okay?

I think it's okay as it is now. I don't see why people keep comparing cards with eachother, they don't have to be the same right.
I like blue crawlers, especially the upgraded version, they can take a hit and deal some damage. I don't think every creature needs an ability either, just leave it as it is now.
A mid tier damage dealer with decent defenses.

Its inherent ability is to survive flooding...

Yes, this would balance it as long as there is some use for its ability.

Its inherent ability is to survive flooding...
This gives it no advantage over other water creatures, such as the toadfish. The flesh spider has an advantage over the mummy in a wings deck, but immunity to flooding gives it no advantage over other water creatures you can use.
Somehow still around, somewhat

I'm with you! I prefer cards with abilities. I said that by despair.

thinking for this card and seen this topic

suggest for ability.
crawl:
move to top or bottom row.

don't have much meaning in it.  only think it's will be better if it can left a space for non-water card when you using flood.

Abyss Crawlers at 6|6 is an amazing card T.T
I do agree that unupped crawlers are a bit weak though.
