Compared to the two above nymphs, this definitely feels UP. The two nymphs ability above cost around 1-2 :underworld. Black nymph's costs an astounding 5 :underworld.



Purple nymph's ability costs 7 :underworld, but that is because Antimatter is an extremely powerful ability, able to effectively stop two creatures in their tracks. Liquid shadow simply cannot compare to the usefulness of antimatter.

In conclusion, buff pls, whether it be a stat boost or cost decrease. I'd actually like to see a stat boost in that it can cast it on itself and be a decent creature like Red Nymph.

Let's compare.


Antimatter completely stops a creature AND it heals you.


The Nymph is 7|8 and has Aflatoxin, which could potentially benefit you greatly by killing creatures and filling up every enemy creature slot.


Black Hole is OP.


Stuns creatures for 6 turns, as well as having 4|8 stats.


Adrenaline can greatly benefit you, as well as having 7 health.


Rage can kill a lot of creatures in one turn, if not, 2. When you get desperate, you can also use Rage on the Nymph itself.


It. Creates. Moar. Nymphs.


Heals you for 10HP and give all your creatures (without a skill) Bioluminescence, which could be a GREAT combo with Hope.


Generates an unstable gas every turn for 3 :air. That's 20 damage a turn if you have the :fire for it.


It's like an Electrum Hourglass, but in Nymph form AND you can see your opponents hand. Plus, its stats are 6|8.


7|4 stats and can grant immortality for 3 :aether quanta.

ALL those, compared to the

Which has stats of 3|5, costs 8, and gives Liquid Shadow. You can use it on your opponents creature, but it poisons it 1 per turn and that creature heals the owner. You can use it on your own creature, but now it's poisoned and loses its ability. It just seems like the weakest of all the Nymphs.

A cost increase is not really needed even with a small buff to stats. Time nymph has 3 more life and 3 more attack for the same cost.

Not to mention you get to see your opponent's hand and draw a card for 2 :time

I think the Black Nymph's stats should be equal to Golden Nymph's, ability and ability price stay the same, but card cost reduced by 1 :darkness

I think because liquid shadow is not as usfull as most other abilities because of hps , maybe make it add 2 hp and vamp ability or something like that .
Also i like the cloaking for 1 turn ability idea as well.

Cloak isn't alchemy. Nymphs turn alchemy spells into abilities. If you feel the ability is UP, buff Liquid Shadow

Liquid Shadow is more or less ok (bit too expensive, quanta wise). It's nymph's stats that need help. Making basic 4/6 and upped 6/6 would make this nymph way better.

Something interesting about this Nymph is that apparently the AI uses its ability on her instead of other creatures, especially when it comes to mono  :darkness decks. With the exception of Jezebel's case I hardly ever see the LS ability being used on other creatures. Therefore I think that as a buffing option an increase of her stats (if not attack, certainly HP) would be a convenient solution.
