I would say the unupped is underpowered, due to the high cost, being a 5|5 creature with no ability at all.
Not sure about the upped one.

Give it the "mutation" passive skill, because, even if it's available directly, I've always seen it as a "weird" mutation, giving it synergy with PU.

What I want on the abomination is:
If it is targeted by:
Alchemy card
Mutation
Lightning
Freeze
Drain Life
Reverse Time
Shockwave
Mitosis
Fire Bolt
Ice Bolt
And creature's abilites (except from iridium warden)

Will instead trigger mutation, and will cause higher chance of death per every use of the above on the abomination
Etc..

The only buff I would suggest for Abomination is, when targetd by unupped Mutation, instead of having 10% chance to turn into superior mutant, 40% chance to die or 50% chance to turn into... itself (lol), to have 50% chance to turn into a superior mutant and 50% chance to die. That would make a good synergy with other cards (Mutation, Fallen Elf) and it would be much more useful in mono- decks.

compare them!!!! I know that micro abomination costs 1 and abomination costs 5 , but abomination is better! micro abomination should have a skill, like 1 : burrow or 3 : destroy. but should be buffed. I imagine that it should be like this: cost: 5 , skill: 2 : flying weapon (can only be used once) or 1 : burrow or 3 : destroy and stats: 6|7. oh and name: giant abomination. think about it! do you agree? an thus, tell me the skill you want giant abomination to have!

Based purely on the things you've written about these four cards, I'm guessing that you haven't yet had the opportunity to play Minor Phoenix or Minor Abomination.  Yes, to the casual observer, those two cards seem inconsistent with the pattern set by the rest of the cards in the game.  I'm also guessing that once you have played some duels with one or both of the "Micro" cards, you will view those two cards differently than you do now.  Who knows?  Maybe then, you'll even agree that "Micro" really IS an upgrade.

Upgrades don't need to be 100% better. Different uses are fine and provide more diversity to the game.
