i am not sure if someone already called for this to be buffed, but if they didn't, i would like to propose micro abomination being buffed, here is my argument-

hes puny, two attack doesn't do much, and while you could adrenaline him of butterfly effect him, a lightning, shockwave, or even rain of fire and a fire buckler could kill him

while you could fractal him it wouldn't help much, as two damage doesn't do a lot

i ask for him to be given the ability "Degeneration" which gives him a random skill every turn, the skill would be 2  quanta to play, or give him 1 more attack and two less defense.

i know, i mentioned that, although if he really got degeneration, he would only have butterfly effect for one turn...  but he might get destroy with degeneration anyways...

its a already a buff, its like minor pheonix, a massive cost lower, for an attack/defense drop.

Errr... BE actually removes the previous effect (in this case, degeneration, unless it's a passive)
Apart from that, imagine fractaling (yes, fractal OP ) micro abominations with degeneration... You'd have steal, mutate, devour, etc, etc using only

Super cheap card with HP higher than the magical number 3. We dont have many/any cards like that, so i actually quite like the card. In element, it works with Mutations and Butterfly. It is definitely not underpowered, it just doesnt have a clear usage currently, but with addition of new cards that might as well change.

The 4 health annoys the hell out of me when dream catcher is destroying my towers while I sit with a single fire storm in hand. 
This really doesn't need to buffed. Malduk put it best: there's nothing wrong with it, it just doesn't have that clear of a role yet, since people prefer free creatures even in mostly entropy decks.

it's a good target for butterfly effect and also a nice fractal target

As far as I know it's the only one cost creature with 4 def, and it's 2 attack synergizes amazingly with well with BE. If anything, you should nerf it for being so well for it's cost. Seriously.

Assuming you meant at least 4 def, graviton firemaster has 6. But still, the card is fine. As I said before, it's a great target for BE.

On a side note, degeneration sounds like an interesting mechanic. Maybe make a separate card that has it.
