Kakerlake 3 - 0 Jangoo

That was ... not good.
Had pretty much the wrong deck each round, running into a perfect counter.

Went ok I guess ... was a pretty close match.

Shrieker-rush ... with the worst draw ever I still kept him from evolving for as long as possible
with Arsenic slowly grinding away but eventually had to run into his rewinds Kamikaze-style.

Decent start for me ... until I accepted the fact that he was indeed playing a 100%-deckout-deck.
Forfeit with 7 cards left in hand.

Awesome anticipation Kakerlake ... good luck for the rest of the event.

Vs. It's a Trap! (Or something similar)
Was a pretty intense game, but I managed to pull off a victory.

2nd:

Vs. Garbow
Started with low pillars and a bunch of creatures, EQ'ed his lone pillar and he didn't get any other during the whole match.
Early Arse and Fog hit me pretty hard, but when he was down to ~50 HP, I unburrowed all 4 grabos that were left and got some lucky hitting, leaving him at 14 HP, so I won next turn.

3rd:

Vs. Discord BH
I started with many Pillars, but got scrambled pretty good for a few rounds. When I finally managed to sqeeze out a Sanc, it was pretty much game over. Had plenty miracles and the bunch of pillars let the :earth quanta rise fast enough to have big SS's after the 2nd Miracle.

ggs Jangoo, and sry to have kicked you out.

Higurashi 3 - 0 chrissi1988

We played two duels last night and the last one today.

Some Golems for rushin', Phoenixes for survivin', Deflags for explodin'. Played against some kinda Photon/UG deck. Deflagged his single Wind Pillar and rushed with a fairly meh draw.

Good ol' Boltbirds with a twist. Got a nice ImmoPhoenix-like start, but horrible subsequent draws. Nonetheless, won narrowly against what seemed like a fat rushbow thingamajig.

Figured he'd go domination/stall, so went with Poison damage and Bone Dragons for finisher. Super-weird draw: no Lightnings, tons of pends and Fractal+Dragon. Result: one helluva rushed firestall (EM'd).

You will btw probably need a rule for what happens when more people than needed lose 3-0.

Mmmm, i don't think so. Basically it will just be a smaller tournament with the players with the best records getting the bye's.

Napalm ~ 3
gavsword ~ 2

It was far too srs for the first 2 games, so we started goofing, until I realized that 1 > 2, so I got srs again :\
gg's gavs! Just a note, seeing as you're a war buddy, I was NOT going eliminate you this round, even if it did come down to me having to throw a match. Don't hate me Shogun Blondey! But you made sure it didn't ever come to that, well fought!

Game 1 - Win

So I had a feeling I was going to see Pandebonium here. Rather than try to outstall it or even stall faster like I usually do, I decided to play a couple tricks here! I never saw the Purify, but both Silences and 4 Lightnings paired with 3 Graboids and 3 Novae are pretty fun stuff anyhow! :))

On a sidenote, Aether's has and always will be my favorite NovaGrabby. It's just so... so... win!

Game 2 - Loss

Hmmm. It seems Stall Faster is NOT faster than denial. But it was close! Towers vs Pillars and this very well may have been a whole different ball game, must test!

Game 3 - Win

Now THIS was fun. Fractal Lycans + Nightmare vs Blazing Dolls. He never drew a Lycan, so for my and my Nymphs personal enjoyment, he nightmared Dolls!

I had a 2 pillar start, otherwise my Blue Nymph would have had a hay day. 5 Wings vs Momentum wasn't much fun though :\

Game 5 - Win

More Fractal Lycans! I started of with a Golem and a Dagger, but decided to see how long my Dagger could stall him out and let the match get interesting! In the end my internet hiccuped and we lost connection, resulting in a hostile takeover by the AI, who was not as merciful as I was, 'nuff said.
