Jangoo 2 - 0 Onizuka
Being kind of pissed about the event suddenly ending without any real chance for a comeback
after all those matches against Pulvies and Blackholes and about having to play the same old
same old two aides again, this time it was all going to be very blunt and straight:
Round1
55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55l 55l 55l 55l 55l 55m 55m 55m 55m 55q 55q 562 562 576 576 576 576 576 576 745 74b 74b 74b
Plan: No stupid perma-destruction, no quantum-misery, no blunt critter-spam against me
while my deck is stuck with a bad draw ... no jack this time!
boasts the likely most effective critter-synergy in the game; then why the hell
not go for a sturdy mono?
-> Worked like a charm: Armagio absorbed dmg from a (very scary!) EPIed merc on Onizukas side,
Oty came out with momentum and the field was locked down ... good thing none of those 4 grav.pulls
showed up.
Round2
55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55m 55m 576 576 576 576 576 576 61o 61o 61o 61o 622 622 622 622 745 745 745 745
Plan: Blunt, fast, sheer, overwhelming damage that will laugh in the face of "tricky" control-crap:
Loads of towers/pends against pulvies, explosions, devourers, even EQs and rewinds as it turned out to be.
Shields? Safety? Whatever, a couple Armagios will have to do just in case.
-> Worked like a charm again. Onizuka seemed to have a somewhat slow start but EQed my
towers 2 (or 3?) times. By that time I had already benched some 25
-quanta to unload
a ton of chargers once I finally drew the fractal. Barely made it to counter-pay all those rewinds
coming my way after the fractal though.
Good games Onizuka ... it was quite straining to anticipate your evil choice of decks
no matter how well it all turned out for me in the end.
