TFO used an aether mark, but he used fractal eggs instead of my deck. He was unlucky with the eggs, but it didn't matter, I had 2 sundials in my hand, and he already had quite a bit of poison stacked.

After seeing his deck, I figured he was probably going to use the same thing because it looked incredibly sturdy. I was considering using an I GotP Time deck w/o shards, until I saw his deck. So I just decided to go Mono and see my chances. I used precogs to see he was saving sundials, and he chained them when he was down to 28 hp, which ruined my victory.

Sry's Squad 3, btw any other Squad 3 facing a Squad 2 be INCREDIBLY cautious. That many aides and upgrades will slaughter you if you let your guard down

I expected a dim shield or wings deck, since that owns so hard vs . He brought fractal golems instead wich owned me. Game went on slowly as I got some sancs and a shield out, but I couldn't survive in the end. 0-1

I expected a dim shield or wings deck again... But I got surprised again when I saw he PU'ed a dragon. This time I brought more miracles though, and them + sancs + SS'es was enough to keep me alive. He did have a few chances of getting a kill but either didn't draw a PU on time or I top-decked a miracle or SS. Deck out win. 1-1

I had a deflagration deck prepared, but right when I was going to make my choice, I switched to a graboid deck I used before. What a sad panda I was when I saw he had a deck-out deck this time. I got an insane draw with some very fast graboids and decided to rush. I feared lightnings but went on all-out rush anyway, he got 6 aether quanta and a shield just in time to stop me. Luckily he only got 3 out of his 6 shields, so after a few SS heals, his shield chain stopped. I unburrowed and smashed his HP down to 0.

Great games Root! I would have liked using more original fun decks but really didn't wanna lose in the second-last match of Budokan round 1! You're a great player and it was fun fighting you!
