If it says "at least" it's usually rounded up. If you need like, let's say 10.2 in element, you should have 11, not 10.

Again, this is just logically speaking, we'll see what majofa says.

Think of 33% as the line that you don't want to be on the wrong side of. (It's ok to stand on it though)

I had hoped that rounds would be from midweek to mideweek, but as they seem to be week by week i will have many problems finding a time to play Jenkar, as I'm on holiday in Zakynthos next week.
