(Squad #1) majofa 3 - 0 Mithcairion (Squad #3)

Game 1: WIN
I only drew 2 Sundials and he knocked me down to 1 HP the turn before I could finish him off.

Game 2: WIN
I got a good amount of quanta and plenty of Sundials.
Game 3: WIN
I had very little quanta the entire game and ended up having to play my Sundials early. The Immolation was very late as well.

I knew the deck I was likely to face, and knew what he would likely do.  Almost pulled out the first game (I left him with 1 HP, while he killed me with 4 UGs when I had 79 HP), but the second and third games I didn't draw what I needed to as I needed it.  Game 3 I could have won since there was a Sundial gap, but Fog Shield blocked 3 of my 5 Sky Blitz'd dragons.

GGs majofa, and sorry team.

Figured this was my best deck, since it counters all but RoL-Hope. Unfortunately I didn't play it more often. Game 1 Butterfly Effect destroyed all of his Phase Shields and Sancs for an easy win.

Game 2 (Loss) (Same deck as game 1)

Again a decent draw against PU dragons, though my scrambling helped me less than I would have liked. It turned into a rushing contest, which Anthraxx won by topdecking a PU on the last turn (he didn't have enough quanta for another dragon).

Just made a really dumb mistake here. I forced him to use two-three miracles with three UGs out on the field, but didn't play my own when my HP got low. Then he Fractaled my own Archangel and killed me. A fourth UG at any point would also have won it.

Deck meant to counter stalls - when I saw the first Golden Dragon, I grimaced, since PU dragons is this deck's weakest matchup. But for some reason Anthraxx didn't seem to be drawing his PUs, so I figured I had it won - until he started chaining Silences. Ah well.

Good games Anthraxx, and I think the two of us have conclusively demonstrated that Light/Aether is a really strong duo.

Vs. UG + archangels. Again quite lucky, I drew what I needed and he only managed to get 3 UGs on the table. Pretty close, but I managed to frac his archangels and deal the killing blow after MG got him low.

Vs. jelly deck. 2 towers/3 pends hand with a dragon and a fractal made me smile @ start. He was really quick, having 3 chrysaoras by turn 3 or 4 out, but double dragon + silence chain were a turn quicker.

Good games mesaprotector, always enjoy playing vs. you.

First round I figured I'd play it safe and take a more or less standard mono not made by me. It died to a single Nymph.

So I decided I'd play my metophorical trump card a little early. This deck should have won it for me but I didn't draw the scorpion for ages. Still, it was closer than I expected t that point.

And this was just poor judgement on my part. I mean, really, who takes RT against Physalias? Why would anyone take Discord against a Novabow? Why play something as slow as dragons against poison? I was dumb. I didn't stand a chance.
