Kakerlake 3 - 1 swishyscoop

1st: vs Grabbybow Win

Had a great hand with 3 Lightnings and some other stuff, killing his Grabbys and dealing moderate damage at the same time.
When he adrenaflew his Staff, RNG soon gave me the Carapace, leading to my victory after a couple more turns.

2nd: vs. Entropy / Wings Stall Win

disconnect after a few turns, we replayed (though I'm very sure I'd have won that one)
Rematch: Mitosis left waiting very long, I was starting to believe that RNG placed both on dead bottom. Luckily it wasn't the case and I started multiplying Dragons with ~14 Cards left. Eventually a 2nd Mitosis whowed up and I won with ~4 cards left. My :gravity Nymph did a nice job as well, draining his quanta so he had trouble puting up wings and playing his :life cards.

3rd: vs. RoFire duo Loss
same as 1st.Got plenty of Pillars and like 2 Frogs (vs. RoF), a lightning and a Staff. Nothing else.

4th: vs. Fire duo Win

Early Oty nomnom'ed his Cocks, killing his offense when I had ~50 HP left. Bond healed me slowly up again and when more creatures started to come, I was pretty healthy again.
Swishy kept his cards in hand until eventually a Timeout happened when his CPU crashed.
I played the AI and there was pretty much nothing he could have done to win, as his needed 2nd. RoF came just the turn before he died. (AI was stupid to play all creatures directly, but even if the AI played better, those 2 Health left would be knocked down by my remaining 4 atk Oty.)
Swishy was so nice to give me the win here. Thanks.

Good games Swishy, thanks for the great match!

Game 1 had lightnings in place of 3 pends, but  I was quanta starved most of the game, so I changed it to this before game 2. Silence chain ftw!

Went for a grabby rainbow against what looked like a lightning splash deck. He killed 2 shriekers and I got 1 adrenastave out before thorn carapace spelled my doom when I couldn't topdeck any PC. 0-1

Game 2 (loss):

Hmm, I had high hopes for this deck. Going up against a gravy duo, I had the field completely stable until he started not only mitosing emerald dragons but also eating the antimattered ones with an otyugh. 0-2

This was quite close. Up against what I assume was the previous aether duo i cleared his field while he almost cleared mine with lightnings. I finished him off with 1 adrenalined cockatrice.

I tried a mod of the previous to make it a bit more sturdy against lightning spam, but an early otyugh ate most of my critters. I could have probably had a chance if I held my creatures back to RoF, but alas, I was too reckless :P. My computer then went all blue-screen-of-death, but I was already more or less beaten. 1-3

All in all, though I'd have liked to start this thing with a win, they were some good games. Thanks for the match, kakerlake, your victory is well deserved.

I guess I've got a lot of learning to do...

Lost 3-0

UTAlan is a very good player who knows what to do. Him having the better elements, much more upped cards and luck didn't help me either. I was expecting to lose this match.

One of my favorite decks. Couldn't not start with it, since it countered so much of what he had (besides pestal, but I didn't expect that game 1). Fairly easy win, as ji didn't really get a whole lot of quanta for vamptal and I was able to spam 3 bbs on the 5 vamps he got out. Had plenty of damage to outrush.

Game 2:

Disco OP. Basically took this build that I gave to jippy for his match, replaced the death with darkness, and easily won considering a very slow start for ji. Only had 1 early pend, so disco wouldn't have come out until turn 4, but he then chained 4 silences to be annoying. More darkness quanta and he likely won considering my lock. Without the quanta, he had no damage and I easily won.

Game 3:

Pretty lame deck, but I like it a bit. 9 creatures, 6 CC, some PC=typical lamebow. Worked very well. Apparently ji was playing some sort of overdrivevoodootu deck, which I don't think could have possibly beat this deck even had he drawn it. I had 2 freezes and a sw in hand when he was forced to pu drags due to no combo draw. Unless he had something else that I don't know about, probably would have won this matchup even without the faildraw.

GGs ji. Moral of this match: Feed your RNG well.

Against mono Entropy deckout - Arsenic basically got there by itself, I played some creatures halfassedly without growing them much to avoid Antimatter knowing that even if he had a Shield to stop the Arsenic I could just steal it. (win)

Second game:
Same deck as before - Against Discord Black Hole, upgraded Sanctuary in starting hand, unfortunately only one Nova and no QP too. Yeah I did not play a lot of stuff that game. ::) (loss)

Third game:

Against a Gravity duo without Black Holes (?) but several Pandemoniums - Excellent draw for me with tons of Pillars and DissShield while his was pretty slow so I never got into danger, we joked around a bit about Pandas rewinding 14 of his creatures but they refused. (win)

Fourth game:
Same deck as in game one and two, agains DimShield - DissShield deckout. Most interesting and closest match, there were several things going on:
- I had an early Arsenic so my strategy was to just sit there and Steal his Shields and not grow any creatures to not walk into his AM. This plan started to look a little iffy when it became apparent that he had more Shields than expected, and my Steals were pretty far down in the deckso my Poison damage was really sluggish
- At one point I played a Sanctuary when I had one of his stolen DissShields up - mainly just because I would have had to discard otherwise but also to stop my DissShield from working (he had a Purple Nymph out) so that I could play a Lycan freely if need be. Problem was... he had a DissShield too and now the stupid bug made it appear to me as if my weapon was hitting through his Shield! After some chatting and a few turns it was apparent that the bug was only on my side and just a visual one - at the end of his turn his HP always switched back to what they should have been. Of course this made the whole planning a little difficult for me, having to ignore all the extra Poison damage that the Arsenic piled up.
In the end I won in the very last turn before deckout, having used both my RTs, attacking with a 4/6 Lycan, thankfully on both sides without any discrepancies.

Thank you for the games draco! :)
