mesaprotector (Pineapple Brigade) 3, Vineroz (Squad 1) 2

Decent draw, Vine was seemingly playing some sort of Endowed Flying Eagle's Eye deck, in which he never drew an Eagle's Eye. RNG made it an easy win.

Game 2 (Loss):

5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 622 622 622 622 622 7ju 7ju 7ju 7ju 8pu

Almost the same deck, tweaked it -1 Fractal +1 Light Pillar at the last minute so I wouldn't get stuck with a bunch of Fractals in my hand. Didn't work, I had 4 of them in my opening draw. Vine simply outrushed me.

Game 3 (Win):

I knew RoL-Hope was risky with the possibility of RoF, Fire Shield, Pande, or Thunderstorm, but I went with it anyway. Not a good opening hand (1 pillar), but after that I seemed to draw exactly the cards I needed at the right times. Saved a Fractal and 4 RoLs in my hand just in case Vine had mass CC, but I didn't need them. Late-game his double-blessed pegasus was able to get past my shield, but with 40 HP left I still won fairly easily.

Game 4 (Loss):

Mono-light, which I figured would be a good anti-rush deck. He did slightly more damage than me with his Raging Angels deck, and that plus a single Miracle was enough to beat me - I had a good rushing draw but needed to topdeck a second miracle to win, and didn't.

Game 5 (Win):

5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5lf 5lf 5lf 5lf 5lh 5lh 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 7ju 7ju 7ju 7ju 8pu

Decided to gamble on him not using deflags (or BE for that matter), and stall the heck out of him. Good draw, but he was able to slow my damage with a couple of lucky pandes (RT, Freeze, and Gravy Pull being the only effects I would have cared about since angels heal themselves). Every time I got his health down, I waited with bated breath to see if he could play a Miracle - sighing the first two times, but then he ran out of them.

Good games and thank you Vineroz for one of the most exciting matches I've ever played.

Same deck I used in round 1, with 2 extra grav towers.  Don't really remember what happened, but scaramanga was using his dialed catamagios, I won by a little due to gaps in sundials and a titan beatdown.

I used the deck from round 3 (I think) with 2 upped EQ's.  Didn't draw any EQ's and Scaramanga tore me apart with my Titanic Saders deck (I think) >.<.  We desynched, he beat my ai, I lost too his by 1 turn (he had coin toss :()

Just a simple catatitans, but with mixed ups cause I don't have 6 unupped titans (darn you plat!).  He played the same titans/saders as game before, and He didn't draw any titans.  Ended up endowing mine, but it was too late by then.

More weird ups with the weapons, but made do.  Used 3 antimatters because I was afraid of sancts, and antimatters + chargers isn't a horrible counter.  He played his dialed catamagios, I got really cocky mid-game, figuring I had won, He had an amazing comeback with a perfect topdecked sundial, which gave him the win.  VERY good game Scaramanga.

Catatitans again.  At 2-2 I was actually getting pretty nervous, and I knew that this could beat both of the decks he came out with.  I had a one in a lifetime-amazing draw and topdecks, basically 1 catapult, 3 Titans, 3 FW and grav quanta with 1 to spare.  Had a flying titan and a wielded one pretty quickly, catapulted one, he dialed.  Accidentally flew a titan, where it would have taken another turn to kill (was going to get him to 1 HP left (unupped vs. upped titan)) with him having plenty of damage on board with magios and a catapult.  Topdecked a FW with 8 Quanta: Played the unupped titan, flew it, catapulted it for 34 out of 42 damage, and remaining titan did the 8 remaining.
Very good games scaramanga, I'm suprised by that comeback against the DBH (can't describe) and you almost got me kicked outa my champ spot :).

All Hail the permanent  :gravity Champ!!! Except you Scaramanga, you can be an advisor :)
